Hello friends,
I am a Canadian citizen, and I have been living in India for two years with an X-Visa, which is close to expiring.
An Indian friend and I would now like to start a business together in India, and I would like to reside in India for that purpose. I'm a little confused, however, as to what kind of Visa I should apply for, and how the process of registering a business works. Do I need to do it before I apply for the visa? After? Does a business visa allow me to reside in the country?
