I am looking to apply for the E2 Visa.
I am from India and I am happily married and blessed with two kids. Right now I have visitor visa and after visiting USA or looked so many business opportunities in USA after this I am interested to invest in USA and get the family pr or e2 visa to me and my family.
My dob 09/12/1976
Qualification- BCOM LLB
My question is : how much I actually need to spend in the business to get the E2 visa
What is the procedure, terms and condition to get visa of USA.
If someone could help to clarify that would be very useful.
