H4 -> F1 (Current Petition Expired, Filled Extension & Waiting for RFE Response)
Hi All,
This is my First Post in Forum and i need help on below query.
I am on H1 and my Petition is expired, I have filled Extension and got RFE and i am waiting for Response from last 1 month.
My Wife on H4 Visa got admission in US university and we want to apply for Change of Status to F1.
1. Can i do that with current process pending with USCIS.
2. What is the Process to do that?
3. Do i need to appoint Attorney or its simple process.
4. How much time it takes to get this done.
