SHIPPING QUESTION ----OCI + ren. shipping question

For those who have done the OCI + renounce process together, I have a couple of questions regarding the shipping part in the application.
Final shipping page displays two sections similar to given below:

1. Shipping service (from you to CKGS) - has two envelopes
1. for sending application
2. for sending renunciation application

Q:what docs should be accompanied with each?
2. Shipping service (from you to CKGS) - has three envelopes
1 Envelope (from CKGS to you)
1 Envelope renunciation application (from CKGS to you)
1 Envelope original passport return back (from CKGS to you)

Q:Which of this returns the US passport? Is the last one for the cancelled Indian passport?

(FYI, each envelope is $15, so looking at $75 just in shipping here.)

you guys are not helping at all, because of the worst experiences you brought to the Indian community, your business is going to receive early termination from the Government of India, the Contract is ending on the end of 2017, which suppose be June 2018.

you have to answer the question first, where are you going to submit? they play own rules and differently, both the CKGS and the Consular in different jurisdictions.
