Hi All. Just so that I do not wait idly, anything else that I can do while waiting for something from USCIS?*
My USC wife (who cannot pass her citizenship automatically)*petitioned for our 4-year-old child (her biological child) and we have received NOA1 from USCIS on 4th of July (notice date June 20th 2017)*at our current overseas address (we are not currently in the USA and plan to move to USA once the visa of our child is approved).*
What else can we do while waiting? Anything that we can check, get status update etc?
When can we start to contact USCIS to get a status update?
Or just have to wait until a letter asking for RFE or hopefully straight to NOA2 before 1 year, then it goes to NVC, and then continue with the visa application process?*
