Please help me to find out the following queries:

1. I am out of United States now and by November 2017 have to file I-751 form for remove of condition. Is it possible to submit the case when I am outside the US ?

2. Is it possible if I can request biometrics to any nearby US embassy to save time and money or I must have to travel US for finger prints ?

If above two conditions come No then..

1. I am Texas resident so can I submit my application in Chicago or from Chicago ?

2. Is there any location who can facilitate walk-in for fingerprints.

No. You will have to do it in the US.
