What are my chances in getting the B2 visa?

I am a single 28-year-old woman, 7 months of work experience, monthly salary 500 dollars. My mom's schengen visa was rejected twice. Traveled to Turkey before. Never traveled to first world countries before. What are the odds of getting the B2 visa.

Can they know that my mom's schengen visa was rejected twice and my aunt has been asylum seeker in Europe? Would that affect my application?
