Good morning,
I have been told by an immigration an attorney that general business degrees (with no concentration like bachelor’s of business administration or Master’s of Business Administration) are not considered specialised enough to qualify an H-1B Visa. Is this true?
The Jobs I am interested in in the U.S do however ask for a Bachelor’s in business or an MBA. .
I have a foreign MBA and a foreign bachelor’s in Accounting and Computer science. I got an education evaluation which equated them to the equivalent of a 4-Year Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
Thanks,
