chances of getting b2 visa, when should i apply ?

i did my graduation in 2012 and due to personal reasons [depression] , i did not do any job till nov 2016 . Then i got govt job and on nov 2017 , i will complete 1 year .

when should i apply for visa ?

how can i justify gap/explain years?

yes , i am engaged and getting married in dec 2017.

my parents have b2 visa

my brother is a us citizen.

What are you wanting to get the B2 visa for? Just a vacation? or do you have a purpose? If it's just a vacation then it's going to be a little bit more difficult. haven't been at your job long. i assume you haven't traveled much. not married yet. as for the reason for not working you can just say that you didn't begin working because of medical issues.
