I130 filed for wife. Average timeline?

Hi there! I have filed I130 for my wife through a lawyer and got a receipt of it stating the date as June 16th, 2017. Currently the processing dates are of November 2016 as of June. Is it this slow in Texas Service center? And whem can I expect it to get approved since I have to further get consular processing done as my wife is in India right now. And yes, Im a USC.
