DS260 had errors and said to reschedule visa interview

My wife had an appointment on Aug 13 for a visa interview. They said that the form ds260 had errors and said to fix the errors and email [email protected] to reschedule for another interview.
We fixed the ds260 form and submitted it.
I emailed them but they did not reply. Will they reply?
How long does it take to reschedule?
I am very worried on what will happen next. I hope I do not have to wait for another 3+ months. I have been away from my wife for a long time. I thought I can finally bring her to America with me but it was not the case.
What else can I do? Is emailing [email protected] the only thing I can do to reschedule the interview?
