I'll apply for B1 and want to bring my soon to be wife as B2

I'll apply again for B1 visa(second time to go to US) and I'll be flying last week of January 2018. I will get married December 27, 2018 and I want to bring my soon to be wife to US since our company is generous enough to allow us to bring our love ones.

What is the best way to apply?
a.) Apply separately before wedding? Me, apply for b1. My fiancé will apply for b2 and will state that she will accompany me.
b.) Apply together after the wedding (December 27).

Option a will give us enough time to book flight while option B is very short from the target flight to US which is last week of January.

You can do it either, before wedding or after wedding.

Just make sure to provide the marital status correctly at the time of application.

So meaning, if we apply before wedding, on our d160 form, both of us is single. Then we'll just bring documents that will prove that we will be married on December 27?

May I know which option should be the higher change of approval? before or after the wedding?
