When are the earliest dates available for visa interviews at Chennai?

When are the earliest dates available for visa interviews at Chennai? I heard that the dates are being available readily (correct me if wrong). But when I see the appointment availability, it is not showing any. Would you please help me in this regard. Am I missing something here. Any help is sincerely apreciated

Look multiple times a day. It seems the dates full till JAN. But everyday 5 to 10 slots may open so look often.

Another question. Is it OK for southindian residents to take an interview at New Delhi,Mumbai or Kolkata?

My wife attended her H-4 visa interview at Delhi since no dates were available at Chennai while at that time.We are from Bangalore. We had no problems whatsoever.
