Can I change my employer after my Labor Got Approved ?

Can somebody give me a suggestion and options.

I am currently on a 7th year on H1B, and my labor was approved with the current employer. Can Someone suggest me What are the that I need to look for changing to another employer.

Wait for LC, I-140 approval and I-485 was pending for more than 6 months.

You can file for 140 and 485 at the same time. If you file now then by July 07 you can change the employer.
