Please Read really need advice

I am a U.S. citizen with a fiance from Poland on a F-1 student visa . We want to get married and dont know how , have been told numerous ways exI130-K1 etc. And also would like to know how long it will take for her to get her permanent residencey or how long it will take for all the paperwork and everything to go though, and also if she will able to leave the country to Poland under any circumstances.I have no clue as you can see ,and would greatly appreciate any help- Thanks John
