Green Card

My brother got a green card through my sponsorship (Family Based) in Jan2002. Then unfourtunately he passed away in July of 2002 in India due to illeness (Diabetes). Now his two kids which are my nephews wants to come to US. Is there any way they can come after being absent from US for almost 5 Years. Please advice this would be truly appreciated. Thanks

family cases are terminated ,if something happens for petitioner not for beneficiary. here we had your brother as a benificiary which is passed away and your nephews can inherit the case but it is not a bad idea to get a well experienced lawyer in order to fasten the process.
