How to get my W2.

Hi,
I came to US on L1 from Company A,and I worked for 2years.Then I filed H1 though company B.Now I got problem with company A.They r asking me to pay $5000 because I moved out .I moved to company B.
Now my wife is going to India, she need to go for H4 stamping.then I need W2 forms from company A.I am not sure that they will give W2 forms,If they did't,what should I do?Do I need any experience letter from company A for H4 stamping.

Per my understanding, W-2 is not a favour to you by Company A, it is your right!
So, first, just ask for it, in written/email and see what you get back.
Then, perhaps based on the response, you can also fight for it legally.
