both my husband and i are on h1 visa and i would like to sponsor my parents visit...my husband and i have a joint bank account. can i use that account statements/reference as proof of financial funds to sponsor them?

since my husband's name would be on the statement, would we have to show any other joint documentation?as of now,i don't plan to show my husbands name on any other documents.

You should approach the Bank asking them to give you a letter that states that the account is a joint one.
