i was given B1 visa but with annotation- "to take exam in Hawaii".
My question is, can i still go and travel to other state other than hawaii after my exam??

Yes, you can. The annotation is mainly important at entry to US. You must be able to show the purpose of visit as mentioned on the annotation , carry
all relevant papers and preferably enter at a hawaii airport.
