Clarification on Q-30 in DS-156

Hi,

I have doubt about filling question 30 in DS-156 form for my mother,planning to get B2-visa.
She had Green card and surrendered it to the Consulate few years ago.
It seems to me Q. 30 asking non-immigrant visa/type info.? Type of visa doesn't list any immigrant visa categoreis.
What should I say? Can you help?

Just write yes and write 'Immigrant Visa'.
