regarding sponsorship

hi!

i just want some advice from ur end regarding sponsorship.

my sister is an resident physician ie.,doing her residency in medical and she gets $43K annually so can she sponsor for my parents here.
she is also having green card.

or

my brotherinlaw who is working and gets some $98k and green card holder.
can he sponsor.

i am only worried for who will be the best sponsor among them.
does my sisters income and status of employment is not enough for sponsoring
kindly advice.

BIL, because of his higher income should sponsor.
Several people successfully sponsor their in-laws.

By the way, they should also cosider a self-financing option if they are financially healthy in India. THis will increase their chances of getting the visa.
