    Default Help with C1/D1 B1 and a criminal record

    I have a criminal record in the UK dating just over 5 years ago for possession of drugs, I was given a small fine.

    Question C1d visa

    I have visited the USA on 1989 and stayed there for more then six month and violated the visa requirements. since then, I did not re-enter the usa nor applied for any kind of visa
    now i am applying for a C1D visa as a crew member, would my 23 years past mistake jeopardise my current request?
