C1/D US Multiple entry visa

Sir i am an assistant engineer in a singapore based company and gave me a letter of guarunty regarding C1/D US Multiple entry visa. i want to apply online and i want that my interview held for this in new delhi. Would u please help me out how to fill the fee online and got the date for interview which bank i have to submit the fee and how much i am working on ship going U.S. ports.

my name is tsgigab mahari i am an artist from ehtiopia..well i have got acontract from celebrity x cruises company...to start working with them you need to have an amercan visa..which is C1D visa...i have never work work with this company before even i never heard about the company before..so i have no idea how to get the application form how to fill it out how to do all the procces..please help me
