Hi Guys I Applied for Premium Processing, Got mail same day that my H1 has been approved through regular processing (Regular processing - As my application for premium processing hasn't yet reached them). My question is will I get my 1000$ back or will that go in drain .

as you've alreday got the H1B could you please tell me abou the procedure, document, fees and time schedule to apply for H1 (I've an employer who doesn't want to hire an attorney so I'm doing all the job by myself.
