Hello there,
thnks alot for replying my query...bt i got 1 more question tht if i file my h1b thru 2 diff. employers and if both gets approval...then wat shld i tell to the other employer if I dont stand for an interview on his company?also, secondly, can INS reject H1b if one has filed thru 2 different employers??plz reply..thnks in advance......

---- When you want to apply for your H1B from 2 different employers you are also taking the chance in many ways i.e
1) If both are approved then you will choose the employer you want and you will go with them. Tell the other employer good bye
2) If only one is approved you will go with that employer
3) INS can do anything, accept both or reject both, accept one and reject the other
