I believe it is 6 but Please verify www.uscis.gov and click on FORMS link. You need 2 pictures for EAD(work permit), 1 of you and 1 of your spouse (if through spouse) for i-130 and I believe 2 more for i-485.

again, please download the form and review the instructions.

Good luck. also, please make sure everything is in order as they asked before you mail it and make sure the you send whole package to 1 address. I think it will be Chicago but please check.

    Good luck..............

    Hello,

Well, one very good way is to create a checklist in MS Word or Excel spreadsheet and use it as your own checklist. You should organize the forms anyway you are comfortable as there is no formality. however, I would recommend to put them in this order:

i-130, i-485, G325, i-864, & any documents for i-485 and THEN i-765. Make sure you verify the # of pictures and the FEE. The most important part is FEE. i have been told that a money order is much better and safer. however ,please make a photocopy of whole packet before you mail them.

Good luck. OH~~~Make sure you send the packet as CERTIFIED MAIL and keep the receipt. !~~~~
