Chennai Oct and Nov Interview Dates

Fellow Chennai Cp'ers....

Did anyone get an interview for Oct/Nov from Chennai. Chennai web site does not list anything and there has been no update on the Chennai CP tracker.

Any info is appreciated.

My colleague got a interview in chennai on OCT 25th. He just called up chennai and was surprised to know that his interview was scheduled on OCT 25th.

His Packet 4 was sent on Sept 27th according to Chennai

Hi,

I called Chennai consulate last night and was told that my IV interview is scheduled for Oct. 27th.

I am in EB-1 category and my packet III reached Chennai around 24th of July.

Did you guys call Chennail consulate just like that or you know the news that they are scheduling interviews in october before calling.

Did you already take the doctor appiontment was that a problem.

I am expecting in October but I guess I have to wait until Monday to call them.

When I called Chennai consulate on September 14th, I was told that there may or may not be IV interviews in October and my interview would be sometime in November.
The operator also told me that I should call towards the end of the month to find out my interview date.
That's the reason I called consulate yesterday night.

Are you aware or rather can you clarify from your colleauge (who has a Oct 25 interview) when his pkt3 reached Chennai.

Can you share the phone number & address of Lister & Surima hospitals to take appointments.
Also let us know the date of interview and date of doctor appointment.

You dont need an appointment for Lister-Phone no is 9144 8278971.Its first come first serve-if you go in the morning,you get your reports at 6PM.
Surima also gives reports in 1 day now-no is 9144 6412747,9144 6412968

Could you please specify how many passport size photographs are required for medicals? Do we need appointment letter from Consulate, when we go for
medicals?

You need only one photo for medical and it can be of any kind.You need your appointment letter from consulate for Lister and Surima.Stick to Surima as it is cleaner and neater than other places-also staff are well used to processing medicals-the other two doctors on the panel have filthy offices with not enough place to sit-you have to stand up for hours.
