me and my mother are US citizens, her two married sons live in Mexico, the came to shop and visit us 2 - 3 times a year w/turist visas, the turist visa is usually for 6 months each time, if they came in december 2010 and the turist visa expire june 2011 while in the us w/turist visa can my mother submit a I-130 and adjust there status and wait until there turn without leaving the us? can they get a work permit?

i have applied for I-485 based on extraordinary ability I-140. the last i have done was biometrics in October and since then haven't received anything from immigration. I called them today and they say that I am out of processing time and that I should have received some document-card back in November.
what happend's in this case,what can i do??

Hi I have a question: Some documents have to be presented for the I-485, and for the I-130 and for I-684, per example the copy of intended immigrant's passport. What did you do? did you put the same copy several times? or just one for all the forms?

@PACO, my advise is your make copies of all the documents and attached copies to each form. Make sure each form has set of passport size photos too. To save yourself of the hassle, send copies also of your supporting evidence and make sure if affidavit is need, you should send them along. This will save you much needed time of them not requesting for other evidence.
