Currently on a full time CPT program (Curriculum Practical Training) with "Company Current" through "Vendor Current"
When I started the CPT program on 01/01/2007, I was with "Company Original" (which is now taken over by "Company Current") and the Company Original also had a different vendor (let's call it "Vendor Original").
I, however still work for the same Manager at the same location as was the case when I started this program. There is absolutely no change in my role and responsibilities in the company.
My CPT papers were approved for "Company Original" and "Vendor Original” which are now "Company Current” and "Vendor Current" respectively.
My question is whether my CPT papers that were originally issued are legal after this change.
