Visa applying for widowed mother

Hi,
My husband and myself are applying Visitor Visa for my widowed mother.I am on H4 Visa and thats why my husband is sponsoring her.I have a younger brother who is working in India and stays with her.Although my mother is a homemaker but she is the 'Director' of my father's factory and has to sign the cheques and other documents.Now we are confused that we are submitting her occupation as Homemaker in the Visa Docs still want to show that she holds stakes in my Late Father's factory so that the consular believes that she will come back to India coz of the two reasons , her only son in India and her late Husbands's factory which is currently run by my Uncles and other business partners.

Has anybody gone through the same situation or any suggestions would be highly appreciated.

If she is running a factory she should have enough properties/bank balance to prove that she can sponsor herself. Being a Widow is a negative aspect and self sponsoring cud help her getting the visa. Ask her to try to take enough documents to prove her ownership with the factory.

Actually she is not running the factory but just holds the position and is the authorised signatory on behalf of my father.Is it necessary for her to sponsor herself, Imean will it be a problem if we sponsor her financially.

It doesnt mean its a problem if u guys sponsor. But It will be a plus if she shows to the VO that she is part of a business which will bring her back to India. Thats what the VOs are looking for ( a proper reason why a person will come back to India). Hope i make sense.
