My uncle went for visa interview and his b1 visa was rejected. They didn't know the reason why their visa got rejected. Is it possible anyway to find the reason why the visa got rejected. So that, it helps me to correct the problem and apply in the future.

Yes everytime a visa gets rejected, the officer will give him a slip with the reason of rejection and that slip contains the reason for rejection
