    Wink Calling March Fillers!!!!

Well, I’m new in this site. I’m originally from VJ. It’s just now that I really had a chance to browse this “World of Filipinas”.
Anyway, my fiancé filed our K1 application in CSC last March 22 & we receive our NOA1 last March 29 and we’re now waiting for our NOA2.

I would like to meet my fellow March fillers in this site. Hope you can drop me a message here.

Plus, I would like to inform you that CSC has a good movement for the past few weeks. It seems that they are working on March fillers by this time. A lot of March fillers are receiving their NOA2 this week.

CSC has been in a range of 90-120 days of releasing NOA2. Yet recently, the latest NOA2 released is on the period 56th day. It seems that they’re moving faster there now.

This is a good sign to us March fillers!

For those who receive their NOA2 this month & from California Service CEnter, kindly post your timeline..thanks

    Default Filed March 13th

My fiances I-129F application was received on March 12th. The Receipt date for priority is March 13th. But there is no approval yet. My fiance lives in India.

The cases you mentioned have been filed after mine, but they already have approval looks like. I wonder what is going on with mine...any thoughts?? I called them and they said they are processing in the order received. Doesnt look like it...

It takes about 6-7 months to process depending on the country your fiance lives in... and as such India has a large number of petitions... so it might be close to the 6-7 months timeframe.

    Default Got the Approval

My fiances case was approved on May 30th (Priority date of March 13th 2007). Now they will send the application to NVC and on to Indian Consulate..Wonder how long that would take? Anyone who went through that process already? Thanks.

2-4 weeks until they send to NVC and takes about 8-10 weeks waiting period until you get your appointment with the embassy.
