Thread: B1- Visa

  1. #1

    Default B1- Visa

    Hi,

I had visited France on a B1- visa and had been extended for 30 days.

Now my company wants to send me to USA on a B1-visa. Will my previous extension be a problem while applying.

    Please help.

What does France have to do with a B1 visa to the US?

    Please clarify.

In my passport the seal of previous B1 visa extension to france exists. So will it affect my application for a B1 visa to USA since extension is not encouraged for B1 visa.

I swear I'm trying to understand what your situation is - but I can't still make head or toes of it.

Let me see if I understand - you arrived to the US, stayed here for X period of time, then asked for an extension of stay, went to France for a tourist trip and came back to the US? Without going back to your country? And now want to apply for yet another extension?

If what you are trying to say is that you went to France on some kind of business visa and extended it.
You are not talking about US B1 visa i think.

Based on that it should not be a problem for you

Thank you for the reply. I understand there is no problem in applying a USA B1 -visa even if i have extended my French B1 visa previously.
