My petitioner is a LPR. My petition was filed after December 2000 but my priority date is more than 3 years old. Am I qualified for V visa?

Did you ever get an answer to your question about obtaining a V-Visa status since it been three (3)yrs, even-though the petition was filed after Dec. 2000. I'm in the same situation and i'll like to know how you went about the V-Visa. Thanks!
