Sposoring Parents

My friend is in US on L1 visa and had been here for last 3 months. Can he sponsor his parents so that they can come over to US?

Yes he can. But he should be able to furnish all the documents required for the visit.

But how would he furnish income tax returns (W2) for the previous year as required in the sponser documents section, as he would not have any returns filed as of now?
