Default I-485 question - Please advise

After filing I-485 for my foreign wife who came with K-1 visa we received a request for tax return, 1099s and W-2s...even though I submitted my 2006 tax return with I-485 application...I read that I had to submit 3 years of tax returns even though the application only requested 1 tax return for the most recent year...I sent the 3 years of tax returns, 1099s and W-2s...now I was wondering if there's any way to confirm that USCIS is happy with what I sent them or if I have to send them something else.

It sounds like you will be ok as that is exactly what I sent (maybe it was 4 years). You are probably safe with that.
The only way you can confirm that you are ok with that is if you dont hear from them. ie If they were not happy with 3 returns, then they would write you requesting more information.
But really, you should be fine.

3 years of returns? Our lawyer only made us give in 2006. Did he advise us wrongly?
