    Default Medical exam for I-485

    I have a question about the medical exam for I-485 filing.
    Do I need to take the medical exam in the city of my residence? Or can it be done by any of the approved physicans across USA?

    The medical exam can be taken anywhere. Make sure you get a letter from your family doctor in your home country that you have received the immunizations during your childhood and tetanus shot recently so the cost of the medical exam will be half.
