I have reached US just 1 month back on L1 visa, I am planning to sponsor my mother-in-law after 2 months. Is it possible to do so by showing our property value in India? Also, I won't have the W-4 form as I not yet completed 1 yr here, in such case, can I sponsor her for B2 tourist Visa?

1. You can show anything as long as it can be used to take care of their expenses in US. I don't think your property in India can be used here in US to take care of expenses.
