L1 to H1

Hi,

I am working for company X and I entered US on H1 visa, then changed my visa to L1 so that my wife could work. Now while i am still working for the same company I have again changed my visa to H1 got it stamped in India recently

My query is since now i am on H1 and i can change my job, am i suppose to work in my current company for more 2-3 months before I can switch(someone told me you should have 2-3 salary slips of H1 visa) ? or i can just switch as soon as i get a new opening.

Hi,

I have L1 visa and I am in US now working for comp A. Recently I got my H1 papers.
My L1 is valid till 2008. I am planning to go to Canada for H1 stamping.
My question is if any case my H1 visa rejected, can I still come back and continue my job on L1 in comp A?
Please suggest me. Thank you.
