AP: What is a good explaination to qualify?

Hi,

I would soon be applying for AP along with AOS and EAD. I am not taking an attorney's help. Can somebody suggest me
1) what is good explaination to qualify for an AP (Part 7 of form I-131).
2) and should I choose one trip or more than 1 trip?
