Expecting 485 aproval, wife needs to visit india

Have AP as well as valid H1(me) & H4(wife) status
Expecting Aproval any time
Wife wants visit india
Is it OK if she leaves to india & we get aproval when she is in india? does it create any problem for returning OR stamping later?

She can return on H4. If she enters after approval and uses AP(only case when POE will know her 485 is approved), she will be still be let in and asked to get the stamp ASAP.(deferred inspection)
It is not necessary that both of you should get the stamp at the same time. She can do it at a later date.
