Default urgent DS 156 Question plz help.. next week is interview

    Hi . .
I took my mom's appointment on june 29th.. I took her appointment in US itsself and filled in her ds 156 and ds 157 forms.
But when i posted the ds 156 form i sent the printed form on 2 different papers and not back to back.
Where as in the dummy ds 156 form i filled in back to back (this does not have bar code.)

in item 40 . the question is application prepared by. i wrote my name signed it and gave the date as june 29 2007. This sign is on the dummy ds 156 form which is back to back.

Now the question is in the original ds 156 (which is not taken back to back..) Can i use the ds 156 back side which is blank force the xerox copy to be copied on the other side of it.

THe only problem with this is I will have the original copy on part 1 but hte back part of it will have the xerox copy of my signatured form ..

will the signature which is the copy and not the original in itself literally. is this ok ??l please let me know. asap.. as my moms appointment is coming in hte next week itself.. betwwe aug 13th and 16th..

Is this ok ? please let me know.
    Thks

You can use the page 2 original where you signed to do this. On the back side of Page 2 print or copy the Page 1, this will retain your original signature.
