Application Type: I129, PETITION FOR A NONIMMIGRANT WORKER

location : bangalore (from aug 6th to till date)

I GOT A APPROVAL NOTICE FROM MY PETETIONER ON MAY 2007.

i worked with the mumbai comapny from july 2006 to july 2007.

i got offer from ibm, bangalore they want me to join on aug 2007 for the internal project.

i have all the bank statements and salary slips during the period from JULY 2006 TO JULY 2007.

I M PLAMMING TO ATTEND THE INTERVIEW IN SEPTEMBER .

is it possible to attend the interview in mumbai consulate?

my question is if i join in ibm where can i attend the interview MUMBAI OR CHENNAI.

plz clarify my doubt. awaiting for u r confiramation.
