F1 visa

Hai,
I have been trying to pursue M.B.A IN HEALTHCARE MANAGEMENT at the UNIVERSITY OF FINDLAY,OHIO,U.S.A.Inspite of going for four times I could not get a visa(first two times at chennai and two times at Delhi) since last year on Dt;17-07-2006,03-08-2006,06-03-2007 and 13-03-2007.I have completed my BACHELOR OF VETERINARY SCIENCES in August1998 and have been working as VETERINARY ASSISTANT SURGEON in the ANDHRA PRADESH GOVERNMENT since 1999.All these times of going for a VISA I have not shown any documentary evidence of my employer as they have not asked me to show them.But at present Iam appearing for a visa interview in August 2007 with the same I-20 for this FALL2007 session.During the last interview I have been told by the visa officer that my age of pursuing academics is the constraint which has them not to give a visa for me.My date of birth is 05-06-1972,35 years of age.Is this really a big constraint to get a F1 visa to U.S.A.Actually my sole aim is to pursue MASTERS Degree only and having a GOVERNMENT JOB How can he assess me that Iam going to stay back in U.S.A.Moreover Iam not going to take any dependents having been married while studying.Only one thing I did not
show is,the proof of lecturing at a Nursing school on visiting and honororium basis.PLEASE LET ME KNOW TO MATERIALIZE A VISA TO USA ON F1 STATUS.
