Hi!!
My I-140 was filed in Nebraska in July and is still pending and my lawyer sent my I-485 in August to Texas but i was under the impression that I-485 is suppossed to be sent where I-140 is pending.
Now,is that going to be a problem. Please reply

Do not worry, they will accept you application for I-485 and will re-send it to correct office, but it will take it probably extra time.
