ECNR regarding

Dear Sir,

I am working with VSNL since last 20 years, & presently posted in Jalandhar from 1997.
I have go to Kuwait on 21 st feb & will be back on 28th feb.to attend the function of my isiter's daughter.

I have received the photocpoy of the Visa & e-ticket arranged by my brother who is working in Kuwait.

I want to have the ECNR for the above mentioned date as i am unable to move to barelliy from where my Passport has been issued.

please guide me .
