Need help for applying Visa

I want a Visitor Visa for US and i am totally confused what should i do, for your info. i am putting some my details below and requesting you to please update me, can i apply for visa or not and what are the chances for approval :

I have :

1. i have invitation letter from US.
   I am Graduate
   I am Married
   I am working with MNC company.
   i have 50 K in hand and 1 Lac insurance policy, in my mother's name she has 50 K Fixed deposit and 1 Lac ULIP plan

requesting you to please help me so that i can proceed and what are the things i need to take care off.

Your visa depends on how well you can prove that you have strong ties to your home country. From what you posted, it looks like you have a good case. What is the reason for you trip?
