I am here on H1 visa and residing here for near abt a year can I send my wife and mother for visa interview at the same time to consulate. please guide me.

No, you can't. They will apply for 2 different visa categories so you can't book interview slots together. Wife for H4 and mom for B2. This was based on my general assumption.
