Hi,

I'm currently working for a company A in India who sponsored my H1B Visa(under 2006 CAP). But I don't like the way in which my employer A treats me. So now I've got an offer in U.S through company B. I'm aware that H1B transfer is not possible at this stage.

So if I like to travel for the company B, can I go for re-stamping under 2006 CAP unlike the people who rush under 2007 CAP?

Please clarify...

No, you can't use 2006 cap.
