    Default Interview in Punjabi/Hindi at New Delhi

    When I try to choose Punjabi/Hindi language at New Delhi, I get no interview appointments available message.
    I read on http://www.immihelp.com/visas/vfs-on...usa-visa.html:
    Exception: If you are applying at US embassy in New Delhi and if you speak Hindi or Punjabi you can request a visa interview in your language on the day of interview.

    Did anyone tried booking the appointment in English and then switched to Hindi/Punjabi on the day of interview.

    Try taking appointment on thurs and fri. you will get in regional language try for 2-3 week atleast. I got twice for my parents on thurs in Hindi.

    apSingla, I did see some appointments for Sept 23, 24 just now (6.00PM CDT). I did not book it as I am looking for one in October.
